As you may know, for more than 15 years, I have been hired as an expert witness in cases involving student injuries and how those related to supervision.  In this article I will share with you some words of wisdom I have learned serving as an expert. One key in all theses cases has been whether Administration implemented and maintained active supervision.  Negligent supervision is a contributing factor in 40% of all injury cases, so training school staff   plays a huge role in reducing injuries and potential avoidance of District liability.
